At Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Fees vary with the difficulty of treatment, the instruments and supplies utilized, and the time required to perform the procedure. Any hospital charges, if the surgery is performed outside the office, are billed separately by the respective facility.

Payment is based on a fee for service and is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been approved by our staff in advance. In addition to cash and check, for our patient’s convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We also work with CareCredit an independent financing company. If approved, this company offers 90-day, same-as-cash arrangements at participating medical and dental offices. If interested, this account must be set up prior to your surgery appointment. You may apply on-line for a pre-approval at carecredit.com or pick up an application in our office.
